Static tests have been carrying out onto Urban Lines Vision Trains since their arrival in early-2018

New carriages are only equipped with train borne computers of the new #AdvancedSeltrac signalling system therefore they are required to be driven in slow speed from Lantau Island to Tsuen Wan Depot through Lai King Centre Track

This is to enable new trains to test with the new signalling and improve the scheduled train service levels also the capacity of Tsuen Wan Line from late-2019 as estimated

the Student Travel Scheme will enter Stage 2, meaning students who are yet to renew their “Student Status” must pay adult fares until the renewal application has been completed

adult Octopus holders using Citybus Route B5 and change #MTR fare-deducting journeys at Sunny Bay or Disneyland Resort Stations within 90 mins

and all Octopus holders travelling Green Mini Bus Route 901 and change any MTR fare-deducting journeys within 90 mins could enjoy $1 intermodal discount respectively
