The lift connecting all platforms and concourse at Prince Edward Station will be suspended from 20/Apr (Wed) and estimated to be opened at the end of this year for the replacement work

Passengers who require step-free access:

E9A 由 粉嶺 往 羅湖 、E9B 由 粉嶺 往 落馬洲

經受影響沿途各站，全程需要 35 分鐘

請到大堂乘坐應急巴士，並跟隨粉紅色指示上車

輪候時間或需 >15分鐘

若行動不便，請聯絡職員另作安排

應急巴士運力有限，如非只前往鐵路服務中斷之車站，請即使用其他交通工具

沙田圍站一號月台的月台門現已啟用，上落車時請留意下列提示：

✔ 若月台門未能打開，須按玻璃上的告示，使用其他車門；

✔
沒有告示的話，落車乘客可利用綠色手柄以開啟月台門

✔ 當列車停定位置有偏差，月台門會先行打開，車門再會於稍後打開

✔ 若月台門關上時受阻，車門亦會一同稍為打開，乘客毋須強行拉扯個人物品
