Souvenir tickets are eligible to enjoy unlimited free MTR rides from 0000 hours, 16/Feb（Fri）until traffic hours ends at that day with Airport Express, East Rail Line 1st Class and boundary crossing journeys excluded

Please have your tickets prepared for inspections when joining Light Rail, MTR Bus and MTR Feeder Bus services

Holders of Personalised Octopus with “Student Status” or “Persons with Disabilities Status” must pay with their Octopus to enjoy the concessionary fares

With immediate effect, a reminder card or warning letter will be issued to them depending on the situation when they are found misusing Concessionary Single Journey Smart Tickets

Assistance will also be provided on purchasing the correct tickets to enable them to continue their journeys. However, a surcharge will be collected for repeated offence within one year

From 20/Jan (Sat),

the first batch of first generation Octopus will automatically become invalid

Card numbers of the first generation Octopus do not carry brackets; the relevant cardholders will also receive a special tone and reminder when touching in or out and using enquiry machine respectively

Passengers should visit Octopus Service Points near different stations or any Customer Service Centre, Airport Express counters to replace your first generation Octopus as soon as possible before the expire date

Online registrations are, however, required for Personalised Octopus cardholders as their new cards will need to be reprinted

The Lift L1 connecting Concourse and all platforms at Fortress Hill will be suspended from 15/Jan (Mon) and is estimated to be re-opened in early-Aug for the high-speed lift installation works
