0700 In the past non-traffic hours, a Modernised Train that was driven manually collided with another carriage at Central Station during a test run
The incident train has returned to Chai Wan Depot for further inspection however EMSD officials are investigating at the scene and engineers need significant time to restore any trackside equipment
