沙田站連接 1 / 2 號月台 和 大堂 的升降機，將於 7 月 2 日（星期六）起，預計停用至 8 月中，以便進行大修
有需要的抵站乘客：
先到火炭站，轉乘往紅磡列車返回沙田站
有需要的離站乘客：
先到大圍站，再轉乘往羅湖 / 落馬洲列車

The lift that connects Concourse and Platforms 1 and 2 at Sha Tin will be suspended from 2/Jul (Sat) and is estimated to be re-opened in mid-Aug for a major overhaul
Passengers heading to this station who require step-free access:
Alight at Fo Tan and change to a Hung Hom bound train to Sha Tin
Journeys that start at this station:
Join any Hung Hom bound train to Tai Wai then use trains for Lo Wu / Lok Ma Chau
