港鐵故障消息 MTR Service Update
較早前由於訊號系統機組失靈，控制中心未能為高架橋附近的列車設定路綫，因「被動安全」機制，列車只能停下
現時已由車站職員改用現場後備控制版，以便調度列車，重啟觀塘站附近的列車服務
Signalling system was malfunctioned earlier thus the Operations Control Centre was unable to set route for trains near viaduct sections. Trains became standstill because of the fail-safety mechanism
Now the section has been taken over by the local backup control panel that operated by station staff to regulate trains
