現時已由車站職員改用現場後備控制版,以便調度列車,重啟觀塘站附近的列車服務
Signalling system was malfunctioned earlier thus the Operations Control Centre was unable to set route for trains near viaduct sections. Trains became standstill because of the fail-safety mechanism
Now the section has been taken over by the local backup control panel that operated by station staff to regulate trains
