控制中心隨即按《動物政策》，通知消防處 及 其他法定機構，救出當時處於車底的狗隻，並在 荃灣西 至 錦上路 站間，實施單綫雙程行車
由於肇事列車尚未駛至月台，機件亦可能在碰撞後受損，故乘客獲安排離開車廂，再經月台尾的通道返回月台，再由其他列車接載至目的地
狗隻最後在車站職員協助下離開車底，並由法定機構人員搶救
About 2345 hours, a Tuen Mun bound train hit a dog when it was approaching Kam Sheung Road Station
The Operations Control Centre summoned assistance from Fire Services Department and other statutory bodies immediately by singing the Animal Policy to rescue the dog underneath the train then applied single way traffic between Tsuen Wan West and Kam Sheung Road Stations
The incident train has not yet berthed at platform, and train machinery are potentially damaged in the collision. All passengers on board are requested to leave the train and returned to the platform via trails at the end of platforms. They are carried to the destination by other trains
Station staff assisted the dog to leave the underneath of train and passed it to statutory body professionals for further treatment
