乘客可到西鐵綫車站的客務中心 / 輕鐵客務中心查詢
Due to faulty software,
Passengers who topped up their Octopus at Light Rail “Railway Vision” Ticket Issuing Machines might not be able enjoy “10% off Same Day Alternate Trips” on subsequent MTR Bus trips
The top-up function of these machines has already been suspended till further notice
Passengers may approach Customer Service Centre at West Rail Line stations or Light Rail Customer Service Centre
