Moments before the first train departed on 3/Nov (Thu) morning, engineers transported the first East West Line Train from Pat Heung Depot to Tai Wai Depot
This would allow the new carriages to enter into passenger service on Ma On Shan Line as soon as possible to reduce the inconvenience for passengers who may occasionally be required to move along the platform when 4-car trains are stopping to the new stopping marks
