When any escalators stopped by onboard safety devices due to an emergency,
the nearest station control room will summon station staff to attend and assist any passengers in need
Station staff will let escalator to operate freely for 90 to 180s before allowing anyone to use it when no foreign object was found to be jammed at steps
Please wait for the re-opening of escalators or use other passageways
