Single Journey Smart Ticket may be used to travel on journey of different origin/destination from what have been chosen when purchasing the tickets, as long as the value of the ticket matches or is greater than the fare of the actual journey made. Tickets are valid until end of traffic or 0459 hours
Avoid unnecessary queueing by buying two tickets at your starting station, keeping one ticket to be used for your return journey
Visit the Customer Service Centre or Self-service Point for fare adjustment when necessary
