4 至 10 分鐘一班，康城 及 海怡半島 穿梭列車則分別 12 及 15 分鐘一班
會於九號烈風或暴風風力增強信號懸掛當刻，在安全情況下，由終點站開出前往原定目的地的尾班車，此後服務會限於「行車管道」範圍內

行車管道包括：
Underground sections include:■ 黃埔 Whampoa 至 to 彩虹 Choi Hung ／ 藍田 Lam Tin 至 to 調景嶺 Tiu Keng Leng （只限公共安全受威脅時 in exceptional circumstances only）
■ 中環 Central 至 to 荔景 Lai King
■ 堅尼地城 Kennedy Town 至 to 杏花邨 Heng Fa Chuen
■ 北角 North Point 至 to 寶琳 Po Lam 或 or 康城 LOHAS Park
■ 利東 Lei Tung 至 to 海怡半島 South Horizons
10 至 12 分鐘一班，
受風勢影響，部分路段的車速會稍為降低，全程行車時間或增加最多 4 分鐘
若 荔景 至 青衣 因強風影響需單綫行車，東涌綫仍為 10 分鐘一班，往東涌方向則不停荔景
一旦受外來物威脅，或雨勢影響能見度，在列車全數駛離高架橋或地面後，東涌綫的列車服務會改為只限於「行車管道」範圍內

For safety reason, trains would operate at lower speed in some sections. As a result, the total journey time would increase by 4 mins
If single line operations is required between Lai King to Tsing Yi because of strong wind, Tung Chung Line would still run in 10 mins interval, however, trains towards Tung Chung would not call at Lai King
If there are foreign objects jeopardising safe operations or there is a reduced visibility because of heavy rain, only underground section would be served when trains have been cleared from overground section

如道路明顯受阻，而天氣情況許可的話，會於機場管理局安排下提供通宵服務
一旦受外來物威脅或雨勢影響能見度，將全綫暫停

If roads are significantly blocked, overnight service may be provided under the Airport Authority’s arrangement and if weather conditions allow. Services, will however, be suspended once any foreign objects are jeopardising safe operations or visibility is reduced because of heavy rain

若鐵路服務因惡劣天氣而中斷，車站將提供飲用水、椅子、餅乾及小食供乘客等候，至列車恢復行駛為止。下列車站亦同時提供充電設施
Stations will remain open to provide drinking water chairs biscuits and light refreshments for passengers who are unable to continue their journey and wait until services resume. Charging facilities are also available at these stations:
