港鐵故障消息 MTR Service Update

From 14/Nov (Mon),

Passengers can simply tap in with Octopus cards at Tsing Yi / Kowloon Station and travel to Hong Kong on Airport Express to enjoy the Morning Express offer without having to purchase a ticket from an Airport Express Counter

Offer is only available between 0700 and 1000 hours Mon to Sat and is not available on Public Holidays

Exit J1 (Court of Final Appeal) of Central Station will be closed at 1000 – 1200 hours on 13/Nov (Sun) to facilitate the Remembrance Sunday Ceremony

Please consult local police officers for road closure scheme and during the closure

Please use Exit J3 (Hong Kong Club Building)

For captioned passengers without PwD Status on their Octopus cards and his or her caretaker →
Get a Single Journey Smart Ticket from any Customer Service Centre

For journeys on Light Rail, MTR Bus and MTR Feeder Bus →
Passengers with PwD Status on their Octopus cards should use their Octopus cards as usual whereas caretakers do not touch their cards before and after their journeys

On the other hand, strong wind may prevent train doors or platform doors from closing at times

As a result, Train Captain may close either of the doors first to reduce air current
