有關 9 月 12 日（星期一）港島綫訊號故障一事　A summary on the signal failure occurred at Island Line on 12/Sep (Mon)

9 月 12 日（星期一）早上 0505 時，銅鑼灣站附近一個「道岔位」未能如常操作，

控制中心隨即指示技術員到場修理，並由車站職員將道岔鎖緊，讓頭班車可以順利開出

基於「被動安全」原則，當道岔位異常時便會切斷行車訊號，因此各班往堅尼地城的列車，需改用人手駕駛，以慢速駛過受影響範圍

及至早上八時許，列車服務陸續恢復正常，但期間亦有乘客於車廂內不適，而要求協助；因此我們亦按《事故發佈準則》，適時將事故分級

港鐵故障消息 MTR Service Update

All Kwun Tong Line trains would now enter the Kwun Tong Line Extension to simulate future operations

Some signalling components are still under final adjustments and trains may occasionally need to set back to the designated stopping position

As a result, there may be short delays before train doors open
