The Lift L2 connects Concourse and Platform 3 / 4 – to Hung Hom at Sha Tin Station will be suspended from 7/Sep (Fri) and is estimated to be re-opened in mid-Dec for an overhaul

Two types of Airport Express Travel Pass
Single Journey Smart Tickets to City
These vendors accept Octopus, common credit cards and contactless, which are also accepted at Airport Express counters, as well as Alipay and WeChat Pay
Similar new vendors will also be promoted to Lo Wu Station later to reduce queueing time at Customer Service Centre

When any escalators stopped by onboard safety devices due to an emergency,
the nearest station control room will summon station staff to attend and assist any passengers in need
Station staff will let escalator to operate freely for 90 to 180s before allowing anyone to use it when no foreign object was found to be jammed at steps
Please wait for the re-opening of escalators or use other passageways

Station staff will carry out check-ups for all escalators in railway premises at least 5 times a day since 2015
to confirm whether safety signage on escalators are complete, steps are about to be jammed by foreign objects or are there any defects on handrails
Station staff will stand at escalator entrances briefly during these check-ups, thank you for your understanding
