港鐵公司會因應不同車站的情況,而提供無障礙接駁服務,適用於「升降機更換及大修」中列明的車程組合
乘客可利用大堂、月台上的召援專綫,或在此按下「聯絡車站職員」,由車站職員安排接送;視乎道路交通情況而定,無障礙接駁服務的等候時間最長為 30 分鐘
無障礙接駁服務每班車最多可接載四名 輪椅 乘客 及 一位隨行之照顧者,可容納之輪椅尺寸為:
長度不超過 124 公分、闊度不超過 80 公分
此外,無障礙接駁服務亦會於每日 07:00 至 23:00 來往
